Classes:
Pole Fitness: Technical pole dance instruction from beginner to advanced levels focusing on improving your upper body and core strength. Each class involves a warm up and cool down, pole moves depending on your skill level, and strength/conditioning exercises. We focus on proper form and technique to ensure a safe workout.
Pole-ates: This class combines classical mat Pilates exercises with pole work. We use exercise bands and balls, and concentrate on flexibility and core work. The pole is also used for strength training exercises.
Cardio Burn: Get ready to sweat! This class keeps your heart rate up and your body moving. We combine dancing with strength exercises and focus on each part of the body from top to bottom. You will increase your cardiovascular endurance and burn major calories with this total body workout.
Bridal Boot Camp: Are you getting married and need to look your best in that dress? Let Vertical Fitness Studio get you in optimal shape for your big day. We will customize a workout program for you that incorporates the different classes we offer. We couple that with nutritional guidelines or meal plans that will ensure maximum results.
Bachelorette Parties: Looking for a memorable girl’s night out before the big day? Book a bachelorette party at Vertical Fitness Studio! We offer 1 hour parties and 1 ½ hour parties. The bigger your group, the more time you will want to have.
